Most healthy, lean and energetic people I know eat these little nutrient bullets regularly and science clearly tells us a small handful of nuts a day keeps the scales at bay. I for one am a big fan, going so far as to suggest nuts as a regular part of the nutrition plan for my contestants on this year’s The Biggest Loser: Transformed.
Why I joined The Biggest Loser: Transformed
The Biggest Loser: Transformed kicks off at 7:30pm tonight on Channel TEN and I’ll be stepping on screen as the newest trainer on the series. I really hope you watch it and love the incredibly brave and authentic contestants just as much as I do. Before the show kicks off, I wanted to tell you why I was so passionate about saying a big YES to this daunting but exciting, life-changing adventure.
If you could change a woman's life in just 5 minutes, would you?
Be Bold For Change is all about helping women advance their careers and unleash their limitless potential in the workforce. Forging a better working world that’s more gender inclusive has always been incredibly important to me, which is why this year I’m throwing my support not only behind IWD but also Empower Hour, an initiative powered by Dress For Success which helps women who need a little help to get back on their feet and into the workforce.
My approach to training
People often ask me, what's the best type of training? What do I believe in? I believe in finding something that works for you! Whatever it is that gets you active and healthy is a great thing and it's different for everyone. That's why when I work with other people I try to make it something they really look forward to. That way they don’t need to rely on motivation anymore, because it becomes something they can’t wait to do.
But if you're asking me about what I like to do for myself? Well then...
