Try my 12 min Biggest Loser Tabata Workout!

This month I was lucky enough to be the cover gal for this month’s Women’s Fitness Magazine, which meant a lot to me as I’ve been their resident PT since their very first issue more than half a decade ago.

Inside the mag, you’ll find my killer full-body Biggest Loser workout. It’s all bodyweight, so no excuses – you can get it done anywhere!

The workout is a giant Tabata circuit: 8 moves, 20 seconds on with 10 seconds rest in between each one, repeated for 3-8 rounds all up.
